Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the office is taking necessary and reasonable precautions to keep the facility clean and safe. 

If you are experiencing any covid-19 symptoms, or if you have been in recent contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

Wearing a mask is now optional   ​

During your initial visit, we will go over your intake form, health history, any health concerns and discuss what you have been experiencing.

During the treatment, I will explain everything as we go and will make sure you are comfortable. There is a heating pad on the table, a heat lamp, and relaxing music. Some people even fall asleep and most leave feeling relaxed.

  • Check your e-mail for any updates.

  • Make sure to eat a snack and wear loose comfortable clothing before your appointment if you can. 

  • Please don’t wear heavy perfumes or cologne. Some patients are sensitive to fragrances and chemicals.


Full payment is due at the time of service. Check, cash, Venmo, debit & credit cards are excepted. 

$20 fee for any returned checks. 

You can also use your Health saving or Wellness card. HSA/FSA cards are accepted through Square. 

Saratoga acupuncture currently does not bill insurance.  However, it is recommended that you call your insurance company before your visit to see if your plan covers out-of-network acupuncture. If so, an itemized "Superbill," can be provided that you can submit for reimbursement.


Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If for any reason you need to cancel, please provide at least 24-hours notice by phone or email.

All appointments needing to be canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged 50% of the regular appointment fee.
